Personal information is any kind of information that can be attributed to a person. When you use our website, we collect and process a range of this information, as well as when you use the following: Webshop sales, Analytical tools.
“We typically collect and process the following types of information: a unique ID, technical information about your computer, tablet or phone, your IP address, geographical location (country and city area), and which pages you click on.” This only happens as long as you are on our website.
Contact forms
When you use our contact form submission options on the website, these are stored and sent to our mail system so that we can answer your questions. The contact forms are not used for marketing, subscribing to newsletters or similar without your request, and your data is not forwarded outside the organization without relevance to the subject and without your full approval.
Account
To the extent that you explicitly consent and enter the information yourself, the following will also be processed: Name, telephone number, email, address, payment details, and any other information you choose to enter. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or in connection with a purchase.

Data storage
Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures to prevent your information from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, disclosed, lost, degraded, or coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, abused, or otherwise processed in violation of the law. In the event of a data breach, all of our registered users will be contacted within 72 hours with information about which data has been lost, as well as instructions on what to do about it. Our first priority in such a situation is to close the security hole in order to minimize data loss for the users.

Data storage duration
If you write and submit data to the website in the form of contact forms, these will be stored on the site for up to 1 year to be able to refer to previous agreements and comments from these.
Users who create an account on our website can at any time view, edit, and delete their personal information, and therefore there is no limit to how long we retain this information.
The website administrators can at any time view and edit the information available to users in their profiles.
Analytical data is archived indefinitely to monitor and track our online growth as well as improve our activity.
Our customer purchase archives are stored in accordance with applicable Danish legislation.
Data breach procedures
We utilize an updated firewall, which at all times notifies us if our security has been breached, whether it is through a breach in the firewall or a password breach – we are promptly notified, after which we can take control of the situation. Moreover, our firewall provides weekly updates on prevented attempts against our security, as well as alerts for increased attempt activity, so that we are always informed about possible attacks against our (and your) data.
Data rights
Export and deletion of data
You have the right to access the data we store about you. You can request to have a file exported with the personal data we have on record, including all data you have provided us. You can also request that we delete all personal data. This does not include any form of data that we are obliged to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.
