We encourage you to read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order with us.

2. RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right to make typing errors, price errors, VAT, currency and tax changes, price increases, force majeure, sold-out/discontinued products and delivery failures from our suppliers.

4. PRICES

All our prices include VAT and all taxes. We may change prices without notice unless we have specified a validity period.

5. CHOICE OF PRODUCTS

As a private consumer, you are aware and accept that you have not received any advice on the product you have purchased. You are therefore responsible for your choice of product and its suitability to fulfill the purpose for which you have purchased the product. Before you buy, you should read the product description of the product carefully.

6. DELIVERY

For all purchases of custom-made products, the following applies:

We usually deliver within 5 – 8 weeks after we have received your order; If other delivery times apply, you will be informed of them in our order confirmation or invoice at the latest. Delivery will usually take place during the daytime.

Please note: During and around holiday periods and public holidays, delivery time will be longer than our normal delivery time; Contact us for more information.

We deliver by carrier. We deliver to all Danish mainland islands.

Our carrier will deliver to your doorstep unless you make other arrangements with us.

If you order multiple products, delivery can be made in several batches.

In connection with the price of your purchase, you will be informed of the shipping surcharge, so you know the total price of your purchase. We calculate the freight based on a combination of weight, volume and distance.

For products purchased online in our webshop (www.andshufl.com/shop) the following applies:

The delivery times stated directly when purchasing online apply. It will normally be 3-4 business days in Denmark and 5-10 business days in Europe. Products purchased online in our webshop are delivered to the nearest parcel shop or to your door depending on the size of the product. As soon as we have received and processed your order, we will send you a confirmation by email or text message, where you can see how we will deliver your order.

7. OUR PRODUCTS

Our products are all customized to your specific needs, so that the product fits your exact requirements from the many possible combinations available.

Before ordering, we recommend that you thoroughly and with professional help ensure that the product you order is in the correct dimensions and color, as you cannot undo the purchase of custom-made products.

You have the option to order swatches before you buy; You can also visit our showroom to see our products and receive advice and guidance before you make your purchase. Visits to the showroom are by appointment.

When you purchase custom-made products, we explicitly inform you that you cannot cancel the purchase. Therefore, before your purchase can be completed, you must accept that you cannot cancel the purchase and return the product.

However, this does not apply to products purchased online in our webshop (www.andshufl.com/shop). Here you have a full 14-day return policy. See more under Returns.

8. COMMUNICATION

We use your email address and mobile number to send you messages and information via email and SMS. Unless you give us permission to do otherwise, we will only use your email address and mobile number for inquiries related to your purchase;

You can give us permission to send you newsletters by email.

9. RISK TRANSFER

We assume sole risk for correct and safe transportation to the address you have given us as the delivery address.

After this, the products remain at your expense and risk; The burden of proof that the products have been lost as a result of accidental destruction rests with you;

10. ASSEMBLY

Installation is not included when purchasing &SHUFL products. Hinges etc. are not included.

11. EXAMINATION AND COMPLAINTS

Upon receipt of your products, you are obliged to examine the products within a reasonable time to ensure that they correspond to what you have ordered.

Unless better terms are stated next to the individual product, we provide a 24-month warranty on all products in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The right of complaint means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the product that appear up to 24 months after you received the product. However, it is a prerequisite that these defects have not arisen as a result of your improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.

It is also a prerequisite that the defect was present when you first received the product.

You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect; If you complain within 2 months, the complaint is always considered timely. We will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that you may incur in connection with the return of the product if the complaint is justified.

When you wish to complain about a product, the complaint must be submitted to us by letter or email to hello@andshufl.com.

It is also possible to deliver the product in person at the above address by prior arrangement.

When returning a product, please indicate the order and invoice number on the package and include a copy of the order confirmation and invoice for the product.

12. REMEDIATION

As a consumer, you can demand that we remedy the defect or deliver a new defect-free product if the complaint is justified and the remedy/delivery does not entail unreasonable costs for us. We may choose to offer you a replacement delivery, so you get a new product instead of the old one. If we cannot remedy the situation and you do not want a replacement, the purchase will be returned; When the transaction is reversed, we will refund your purchase price; Once we are aware of your complaint, we will contact you in writing by email to agree on the next steps. &SHUFL cannot be held liable for consequential costs for replacements, complaints and subsequent deliveries.

13. RIGHT OF RETURN/CANCELLATION

As a consumer/private trader, you usually have a right of withdrawal.

However, you can NOT cancel the purchase of specially customized or custom-made products.

(i) No right of withdrawal:

When you order a customized or custom-made product from us, you must agree before the order is final that you do NOT have a right of withdrawal,

(ii) Right of withdrawal

For all other (non-customized and custom-made) products, you can cancel your purchase after you have entered into the purchase agreement. You can only cancel the purchase of whole and unused products. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by refusing to accept the product or by handing the product over to the carrier/postal service.

If you receive the product, you must have exercised your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product.

This means that you must return the product to us no later than the 15th day after you received it. If the last day for exercising your right of return falls on a public holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, December 24th or December 31st, the deadline expires on the following business day. It is sufficient for a timely return that you have handed over the product to an independent carrier (carrier/PostDanmark) no later than the last day. Remember to make sure you have an adequate receipt for the surrender.

You can only exercise your right of return if the product is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The right of withdrawal therefore lapses completely if you have used the product.

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must pay for the shipping costs when you return the product. Products returned COD will therefore be rejected;

You are liable for transport damage caused by your circumstances, so make sure that the transport is done properly, including that the product is properly wrapped.

You are responsible for all damages that are attributable to you and that are not accidental.
Once we have had the opportunity to inspect your returned product, we will refund your money. The money will be deposited into your bank account if you have provided us with this information. If not, we will contact you; We will endeavor to return the money to you within 7 business days after we have received the products from you.

If we never receive the product and this is due to the circumstances of the independent carrier, we will return your money when you have duly documented that the product was handed over within the time limit to a qualified independent carrier who undertook to transport the product to us at the above address.

If we do not believe the conditions for exercising the right of return are met, we will contact you and state the reason.

If we cannot recognize your right to return, you will have to pick up your product again yourself. If you don’t pick up your product again, we will keep it for 30 days from the day we have finally refused to refund you. Your product is then destroyed.

14. LIABILITY

&SHUFL does not accept any responsibility for delays, so book well in advance.

&SHUFL does not accept responsibility for loss of products in connection with the submission/shipping of a complaint.

&SHUFL does not accept liability for consequential costs for delays, replacements, complaints and subsequent deliveries.

15. RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights, including the exclusive right to make available and copy content, including text, graphics and images, design, etc. on this website belong to &SHUFL.

16. PURCHASES

For all purchases of custom-made products, the following applies:

You can make changes to your purchases and information right up until you pay your invoice.

We will only start producing your order once we have received your payment. After payment of the invoice, no changes can be made to the order.

When you place an order, a contract is not concluded until you have received our invoice and approved it upon payment. The invoice contains a representation of the agreement you have entered into with us, including a reference to these Terms. In our invoice, we always state your right to cancel, including that you cannot cancel purchases of custom-made goods that you have made.

If your order is particularly large, unusual or there are other circumstances that make it impossible for us to fulfill the agreement with you, we will send you a receipt for your order with the following wording:

“This is a receipt that we have received your order. There are special circumstances about your order that we need to investigate. Once we have checked your specific requirements, we will send you an order confirmation if we can accept your order. If not, we will notify you.”

For products purchased online in our webshop (www.andshufl.com/shop) the following applies:

The deal is concluded as soon as you receive your order confirmation by email.

17. PAYMENT

For all purchases of custom-made products, the following applies:

You pay by transferring money to our account at Sydbank. Reg. no.: 6824 Account no.: 0001017943 with clear indication of invoice number and name.

Your order will be started when you have paid 100% of the invoice amount. If you are not ready to receive your order at the originally agreed time, it is possible to have it stored in our warehouse. Please note that your order will be considered delivered if you choose to use this option.

For products purchased online in our webshop (www.andshufl.com/shop) the following applies:

You pay by credit card directly in the webshop. You can pay with Dankort, Visa and MasterCard.

All amounts are in DKK/Danish kroner and include VAT.

We will deduct the money from your account once the item(s) have been shipped.

We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card details with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that your information cannot be read.

18. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

The data controller of your data is &SHUFL ApS, cvr. No. 35 53 23 66.

At &SHUFL we respect your data and we are committed to protecting your personal information. Therefore, we also comply with the new EU legislation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We only collect information about you through our website and when you provide information to us by email or phone. This means that we only have the information about you that you have given us yourself. We only use this information to fulfill the agreement with you or to send you information that you have requested. You can always unsubscribe from this service by sending an email to hello@andshufl.com and asking to be deleted from our systems.

We keep your data for as long as you shop with us and for up to 5 years after you last had contact with us. We do this to be able to service you if, for example, you want to reorder previous orders or want to buy new products.

Your information will not be shared with anyone outside &SHUFL unless it is necessary for us to provide the service you have requested. For example, our carrier gets your address and phone number so they can contact you and deliver your order from us.

19. REJECTION OF PURCHASE

We reserve the right to refuse to do business with you if you have repeatedly returned purchased products or if we do not wish to sell to you for other significant reasons.

20. VALIDITY

These terms apply to purchases made after June 11, 2019.
